Software Engineer

• Provide software development support for creating service management dashboards and workflow.
• Provide software development support to implement service management processes.
• Perform knowledge sharing and continuous performance improvement.
• Translate functional designs into technical specifications.​
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
• Manage the lifecycle for two or more components of the infrastructure to assure operational availability;
• Effects changes to established blueprints, documents them effectively, and executes the implementation of changes in area(s) of responsibility
• Adopt new processes, technologies tools and practices for knowledge sharing and continuous performance improvement
• Develop and maintain software applications according to project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

The salary range provided for this contract role represents our good faith estimate for this position. Within the range, individual offers will vary based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process (W2 or C2C).
