Product Owner - Circle K Fuel & QSR Domain

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Product Owner - Circle K Fuel & QSR Domain for their Tempe, AZ / Hybrid location.

Responsibilities

• Translate fuel pump, forecourt, convenience retail, and QSR operational challenges into prioritized AI/GenAI use cases, epics, features, and user stories.
• Bring domain understanding across fuel/POS/payment journeys, pricing and promotions, store operations, food service, inventory, order management, and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities where Gemini/Vertex AI-powered assistants, agents, automation, and intelligent workflows can improve business outcomes.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on value, feasibility, risk, customer/employee impact, and adoption.
• Define business KPIs, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes for AI use cases.
• Partner with Circle K business stakeholders, Google/GCP teams, AI architects, engineers, and data teams through discovery, MVP, pilot, and scale.
• Lead sprint reviews and business demos, driving adoption and value realization.
• Product ownership experience in convenience retail, fuel retail, QSR, or adjacent retail domains; familiarity with GenAI/agentic AI and Google Cloud solutions desirable.
