You must be passionate about writing clean code, and you must pride yourself on working efficiently and cohesively with web designers and developers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the current Beta website
• Code the full version of iFLIP4’s website, which has been expertly designed by a Web Designer with a Masters in HCI from Carnegie Mellon
• Once the full site is launched, work with the Web Design team to rapidly iterate and improve it
• Coordinate the members of our Technical team

Technical Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of web development experience, both building and maintaining websites
• Experience with:
• HTML, HTML5, CSS
• JavaScript, jQuery
• MySQL
• Linux
• PHP and Experience on MVC
• Skilled in frontend and backend development, as well as database (Apache) maintenance

• CSS Foundation 3 Framework
• Isotope Framework
• CodeIgniter

This job requires a commitment of about 20 hours/week and comes with a small stipend. After we raise our Angel round of funding, this role can grow into a full-time position with a full salary and vested equity in iFLIP4, assuming the work you do is great! We are located in East Hanover, NJ, and telecommuting is fine with us.
