Project Overview

You will join a high-impact initiative for a global technology organization that delivers leading recruitment platforms, marketplace solutions, and partner ecosystems at a massive scale. This project focuses on expanding, modernizing, and optimizing the core global Salesforce infrastructure across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud (PRM), and newly introduced Agentforce autonomous AI workflows.

As an independent technical owner, you will play a critical role in decoupling technical debt, modernizing UI components with Lightning Web Components (LWC), ensuring secure integrations with downstream enterprise platforms, and establishing automated deployment standards that meet international compliance and high-availability requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Solution Engineering: Independently design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, LWC, Flows, Visualforce, and platform configurations to address complex business requirements.
• Platform Customization & Security: Implement complex platform configurations and custom code strictly aligned with Salesforce architecture standards, governor limit controls, object relationships, and granular data-sharing models.
• Enterprise System Integrations: Design, build, and optimize secure integrations connecting Salesforce to third-party platforms and external enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise middleware solutions.
• Experience Cloud & PRM Enhancements: Build and configure partner- and client-facing digital experiences using Experience Cloud and PRM (Partner Relationship Management) frameworks.
• AI & Agentic Capabilities: Support new and emerging AI-driven platform initiatives, incorporating Agentforce capabilities into automated workflows and standard business processes where applicable.
• DevOps, CI/CD & Delivery: Maintain clean, auditable Git-based version control workflows, author comprehensive unit test coverage exceeding minimum thresholds, participate in peer code reviews, and drive automated CI/CD deployments.
• Technical Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve difficult production defects, optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and code execution to eliminate governor limit bottlenecks, and produce detailed architectural and runbook documentation.

Must-Have Skills

• Senior Experience: 6 to 8 years of hands-on technical Salesforce development experience operating at a senior level.
• Core Development Mastery: Advanced proficiency across programmatic Salesforce tools (Apex, Lightning Web Components, legacy Visualforce) alongside advanced declarative logic (Salesforce Flows).
• Architectural & Security Expertise: Deep understanding of the Salesforce multi-tenant architecture, data model optimization, security architecture, sharing models (OWD, sharing rules, manual/criteria-based sharing), and platform governance best practices.
• API & System Integration: Proven track record of developing point-to-point and middleware-driven integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
• Salesforce Cloud Knowledge: Solid development and configuration experience across core Salesforce Clouds (specifically Sales Cloud and enterprise CRM modules).
• DevOps & Version Control: Proven hands-on experience managing feature branches, merges, and deployment automation using Git-based repositories and established CI/CD pipelines.
• Mandatory Remote Infrastructure: Must be able to operate entirely within an enterprise-provisioned Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (AWS WorkSpaces). Note: Proof of passing network latency must be verified by submitting a screenshot of an official AWS WorkSpace health check with your profile.
• Experience working in Agile teams and remote environments.
• Fluent English for daily communication.
