Work with business and technology partners to identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual tasks, and improve workflows. Help coordinate approved automation and AI-related projects, track results, and support user adoption.

Data, Reporting & Documentation

Gather reporting needs, track project metrics, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate with Data & Analytics on data quality or reporting issues. Help business teams adopt agreed processes and standards.
