Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support operational decision-making
- Develop reports that communicate trends, risks, and performance insights to stakeholders
- Define, track, and maintain KPIs, baselines, and performance metrics
- Analyze and document current-state business processes to identify inefficiencies and gaps
- Evaluate data collection practices and recommend improvements to strengthen data integrity
- Identify gaps in data capture, documentation, and system workflows
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for process improvements
- Support development of standardized procedures and prioritization frameworks
- Perform trend and root cause analysis to identify systemic issues
- Establish feedback loops linking data insights to operational changes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment
- Support system design, testing, and enhancement by defining data requirements
Requirements
- U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. with three of past five years physical residency
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Education, Human Services, or related field
- One or more years of relevant work experience
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement skills
- Ability to analyze data and business processes to identify gaps
- Advanced proficiency with Excel spreadsheets for analysis and reporting
- Ability to communicate complex findings in clear, plain language
- Strong stakeholder collaboration, requirements gathering, and documentation skills
- Attention to detail with focus on data quality and process accuracy
Preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
- Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and audit-supporting environments
- Experience supporting Agile or iterative delivery models
