Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Groceries team and help build a profitable, fast-growing grocery delivery business. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product, Category/Commercial, Operations, and Marketing teams. You’ll use data and experimentation to grow orders and basket size, improve unit economics, and make sure customers get the right assortment, delivered fast and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end grocery performance and unit economics: monitor core metrics (orders, GMV, AOV, conversion, retention, contribution margin, availability), validate targets, and help drive financial planning for the business unit
  • Lead executive-level reporting and insights (e.g., MBRs), turning complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Drive growth by identifying, sizing, and prioritizing high-impact opportunities across the customer funnel, assortment and pricing, promotions, and new markets
  • Establish and monitor guardrails for profitability and customer experience (out-of-stocks, delivery time, cancellations); lead incident response for drops and anomalies
  • Co-pilot product and commercial strategy in close partnership with Product, Commercial, Operations, and Marketing teams, including experimentation (A/B testing), initiative prioritization, and roadmap validation
  • Own data foundations: define the metrics hierarchy, build scalable dashboards and self-serve BI tools, and partner with engineering on data architecture, logging, and customer segmentation

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5+ years in data analytics or product analytics
  • Strong analytical mindset with a balance between business impact and resource efficiency
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Redash)
  • Solid mathematical background, including statistics, optimization, and causal inference
  • Experience in analyzing large datasets and designing data marts for product needs
  • English: Professional Working Proficiency
  • Experience in q-commerce, e-commerce, or retail analytics is a plus
