Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Python, Angular, and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience leading development squads, delivering enterprise applications, building microservices, and integrating AI/GenAI capabilities into software development workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a squad/pod of full-stack developers in end-to-end delivery of enterprise application features.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot), Python, and Angular.
• Own sprint delivery, including requirement breakdown, estimation, planning, and tracking.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards, quality gates, and best practices.
• Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS services, including Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and RDS.
• Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and LLM-based tools into the software development lifecycle.
• Leverage AI tools for code generation, unit testing, automation testing, and AI-assisted code reviews.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and lead implementation.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and encourage a collaborative engineering culture.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and QA engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent. Three years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
• Minimum 7 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading development teams or squads in an Agile delivery model.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Python, and Angular.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying applications on AWS.
• Practical experience using AI/GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT.
• Hands-on knowledge of microservices development.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise Java and Spring Boot development.
• 3+ years of RESTful and SOAP web services development.
• 3–5 years of Angular development (AngularJS / Angular 2+).
• 3+ years of Python backend development or scripting.
• 1–3 years of hands-on AI/GenAI and LLM-based workflows.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs, LangChain, or AWS Bedrock.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with Git, Maven, IntelliJ IDEA, Jira, and Rally.
• Financial services or banking domain experience preferred.
• Experience working in global delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and team leadership skills.
