Programmer Analyst (VMS Technician)

Education Requirement

• B.S in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. OR
• High School Diploma with Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience working in an enterprise infrastructure environment in addition to the time required in the Minimum Qualifications. Minimum Qualifications 1) Three (3) years servicing CCTV applications 2) One (1) year working with CCTV cameras. 3) One-Three (1-3) years using CCTV a coverage software (for example Site Designer, IPVM, CAD, etc.

) Preferred Qualifications (or equivalent)

• Entry/Intermediate experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• General experience using drawing tools (AutoCAD, etc.).
• General experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, etc.)
• General experience with programming and configuring ASCII-based communication interfaces for data exchange between ProWatch and Genetec and other access control security systems
