Technical Escalation
- Serve as the technical escalation point for complex troubleshooting, log analysis, system level failures, and application integration issues.
Change Management
- Author, coordinate, and track technical Remedy-based Change Requests for major application updates, architectural modifications, and new service deployments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional engineering and security teams to translate mission requirements into scalable technical solutions and customized workflows.
Basic Requirements
- Must have 6, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
- Must have 3, or more, years of systems administration or DevOps engineering experience.
- Must have 2, or more, years of hands-on experience deploying, monitoring, and managing production workloads in Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, or higher).
- Must have an active DoW Secret Security Clearance and be able to obtain, and maintain, an active DoW Top Secret Security clearance.
Desired Requirements
- Have an active DoD Top Secret (TS) or TS/SCI clearance
- Have 1, or more, industry certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS), Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), or Red Hat Certified Specialist in Containers and Kubernetes.
- Have Atlassian expertise with strong experience configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting Atlassian Data Center applications (Jira, Confluence) hosted on Kubernetes.
- Have a deep understanding of Cloud Computing architectures (AWS GovCloud, Microsoft Azure Government) within DoD IL5/IL6 boundaries.
- Be proficient with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and system monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)
