Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on software development expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance technology platforms.

The selected candidate will work on AI-driven collaboration, smart data connectivity, platform development, integrations, and cloud-based software solutions within a remote and distributed engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications.
• Build and support backend services, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications across multiple platforms.
• Contribute to software architecture, technical design, and strategic technology decisions.
• Develop clean, maintainable, production-ready, and well-documented code.
• Work across frontend, backend, database, authentication, API, and deployment layers.
• Design and implement REST APIs, microservices, and integration workflows.
• Support database modelling, data connectivity, and secure data handling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business and user requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
• Participate in project planning, technical documentation, and all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Support version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps practices.
• Research and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to support innovation and continuous improvement.
• Use AI-assisted software development tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, debugging, and documentation.
• Take ownership of technical solutions from concept through deployment and support.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in full-stack software development is mandatory.
• Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure software applications.
• Strong expertise across frontend, backend, database, integration, and cloud-based systems.
• Proven experience in enterprise-level software architecture, system design, and application integration.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, API development, microservices architecture, authentication, security frameworks, version control, deployment processes, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience working with Agile, remote, and distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to contribute to technical strategy, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and modern engineering productivity platforms.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Quick learner with a strong interest in emerging technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Ability to take technical solutions from concept to deployment.

• Frameworks and Technologies: Flutter, Domain-Driven Design, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture
• Databases and Authentication: Firestore, SQL Databases, NoSQL Databases, Firebase Authentication
• Development and DevOps Tools: GitHub, CI/CD Pipelines, Automated Deployment Tools
• AI-Assisted Development Tools: Cursor, Claude, Antigravity, or similar AI-powered development platforms
