NIGHT SHIFT

7PM TO 7 AM (4/3 SHIFT)

  • Utilizing PRTG Monitoring for events
  • Alertsite Web monitoring
  • SQL query runs
  • Shift work 4/3 - Night Position
  • Defined nightly check lists
  • Escalation procedures
  • Ability to stay on task and follow process
  • Top skills/preferences in the role (please include any relevant technologies needed):
  • Alert handling
  • SQL Server (Windows, Linux)
  • Citrix
  • RDP
  • Alertsite Web monitoring
  • SQL query runs
  • Defined nightly check lists
