Leads on-site execution of AI Factory builds (liquid-cooled, high-density GPU data centers) — rack/whip installation, liquid cooling integration support, structured cabling and GPU fabric, bring-up/validation, and QA sign-off before systems are energized. Hands-on alongside the crew, owns safety (NFPA 70E, OSHA), and serves as the on-site customer point of contact. Requires 7+ years progressive experience in data center/structured cabling/field deployment with demonstrated crew leadership.
