• Strong understanding of test planning, preparation, and execution processes.
• Proficiency in creating and executing test cases manually and using automated tools.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for ensuring software quality.
