We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior AI Engineer / Agentic AI Solutions Architect to help build and launch a new Enterprise AI team focused on developing, deploying, and managing AI solutions across the organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a builder with an architect's mindset who thrives in an evolving environment and wants to play a key role in shaping an enterprise AI strategy from the ground up.

You'll work directly with the Enterprise AI leader to establish the technical foundation, develop AI agents and agentic workflows, and create scalable, secure solutions that enable business teams to leverage AI effectively.

This is not a purely strategic or advisory role. We're looking for someone who can design solutions, write code, build integrations, and deliver working AI applications while helping establish the standards and architecture for a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

AI Engineering & Agentic Development

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI agents and agentic workflows using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google's Agent Platform.
• Build and manage integrations within the Gemini Enterprise ecosystem, serving as the central platform for enterprise AI solutions.
• Develop standalone AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and automated business processes.
• Establish monitoring, performance optimization, and ongoing support for production AI solutions.
• Identify user-developed AI workflows and migrate them into scalable, centrally managed enterprise solutions.

AI Platform & Architecture

• Help architect and manage the enterprise agentic AI platform, including security, data loss prevention (DLP), guardrails, and governance.
• Establish AI development standards, reusable architectures, deployment blueprints, and CI/CD processes.
• Develop a platform enabling business users to deploy and share AI-generated microapplications.
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise technology standards.

Business Collaboration & AI Enablement

• Partner directly with business units to identify AI opportunities, gather requirements, and scope agentic AI projects.
• Help business teams effectively leverage Gemini Enterprise, including building their own no-code AI agents.
• Support AI-assisted application development using Google Antigravity and other Gemini development tools.
• Translate business challenges into practical, production-ready AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in AI engineering, software development, cloud architecture, or enterprise application development.
• Experience building and deploying AI agents, agentic workflows, or LLM-powered applications.
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native application development.
• Proficiency in Python and API-based integrations.
• Experience designing scalable applications, automation solutions, and enterprise integrations.
• Understanding of AI architecture, security, governance, and production deployment practices.
• Experience establishing development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and reusable technical frameworks.
• Ability to work independently, solve complex technical challenges, and collaborate directly with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Gemini Enterprise, Google Agent Platform, Vertex AI, or Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK).
• Experience developing multi-agent systems and agent orchestration workflows.
• Familiarity with Google Antigravity and AI-assisted software development tools.
• Experience implementing AI guardrails, DLP, monitoring, and governance controls.
• Experience building internal developer platforms, microapplications, or self-service AI solutions.
• Background helping launch new technical teams, platforms, or enterprise AI initiatives.
