PR & Marketing Operations Coordinator

• Coordinate execution of campaigns, PR activities, launches, shoots, activations and events

Source and manage suppliers

production houses, printers, venues, caterers and couriers

• Request and compare quotations, negotiate prices and support supplier selection
• Handle purchase requests, approvals, payments, invoices and delivery timelines
• Produce packaging, invitations, gifting, displays, print and event branding to the approved standard

Run influencer and PR gifting

packing, recipient lists, dispatch, tracking and delivery confirmation

• Support guest lists, invitations, RSVPs and media coordination
• Lead site visits, setup, on-ground operations and dismantling
• Build checklists, production schedules, contact sheets and run sheets
• Keep a live supplier database and deliver post-event reports on cost and supplier performance
• 2-4 years in marketing operations, PR coordination, events or production
• Agency experience (a must)
• Hands-on experience with suppliers, quotations, purchasing and production follow-up
• Strong on-ground event execution and supplier supervision
• A sharp eye for detail and quality control
• Calm problem-solving when plans change at the last minute
• Good written and spoken Arabic and English, and fluency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours during events, launches and productions
• A background in fashion, luxury, retail, beauty or lifestyle is a plus
• A bachelor's in Marketing, PR, Business Administration, Event Management or a related field
