Job Description

We are looking for a Business & Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset, data analysis skills, and automotive or manufacturing experience. The candidate should be able to understand complex business processes, derive meaningful insights, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Mandatory: 1–3 years of automotive experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured-thinking skills.
• Good understanding of data analysis and the ability to work with structured and unstructured information.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Word.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate analysis into meaningful business insights.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings to stakeholders.
• Quick learner who is adaptable and comfortable with changing requirements.
• Automotive or manufacturing experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Candidates from strong academic institutions, such as the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor or similarly rigorous universities/business schools, are preferred.
