Job Description

• Development skills required using .Net , C# , PowerShell and other Microsoft technologies.
• On-boarding new Services and maintaining the Services.
• Deployment of various components.
• Handling Livesite , Shift Rotations , Production and Pre-Production issue.
• Responsible for End-to-End Incident Management .
• Developing new tools for monitoring services & automating manual tasks
• Authoring troubleshooting guides and process documentation.
• Excellent communication skills
