Websphere Commerce lead

• Should have IBM WCS (Web Sphere Commerce) architecture design and development framework.
• Should have part of at least 3 WCS implementation.
• Should propose solutions.
• Strong experience of JAVA/J2EE.
• Strong verbal, presentation and written communications skills for technical audiences; able to explain technical solutions to technical teams.
• Solid SDLC knowledge and expertise / Agile.
• Should have experience coordinating with offshore teams
• Good interpersonal, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills.
