Qualifications

• 6-10 years of UX/product design experience in enterprise software, big data, or complex business processes
• Hands-on experience designing AI/GenAI-enabled, headless/API-first, or voice and conversational experiences (ideally several of these) in fast-moving environments where patterns are still emerging
• Portfolio (online or PDF) showing a human-centered process and business impact
• Track record of working cross-functionally to define and prioritize problems and recommend solutions
• Proven experience planning, executing, and synthesizing research
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication, including design and data storytelling
• Able to ramp up quickly, work independently, and communicate progress and risks proactively
• Comfortable working with Claude (Projects, Design, Code), NotebookLM, Figma, FigJam, Jira, and Confluence Also valuable
• Data visualization, dashboards, or decision-support tools
• Insurance, financial services, banking, or healthcare experience
• Design systems, design tokens, and accessibility standards
