**Your Mission

**

As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll troubleshoot, solve problems, share insights, and help us constantly improve what we build, always with the customer’s experience and success in mind.

**What you’ll do

**

• Installation, configuration and independent, efficient and accurate troubleshooting of:
• Professional communication and technical documentation in German and English

Strong command of Linux

Thorough understanding of networking fundamentals

• Familiarity with hosting environments, ideally because you’re hosting some application or service yourself
• Basics in monitoring/ticketing tools
