What You'll do

• Lead reliability and operational excellence initiatives;
• Ensure platform scalability, resilience, and performance;
• Drive incident management and continuous improvement activities;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers;

Who You Are

• Experienced in distributed systems and production environments;
• Strong background in SRE, platform operations, or similar areas;
• Proven technical leadership and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
