The e-Learning Developer is required to;
- Develop Storyboard into e-Learning Content
- Designing and creating engaging, effective e-learning courses. This includes creating SCORM content using storyline and other e-learning tools; building quizzes and interactivity; audio recording; testing of courses prior to their release; uploading courses on the Learning Management System
- Maintenance and refreshing of content in existing e-learning courses.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of SCORM technologies
- Excellent skills in Rapid Authoring tools such as Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, Java script, CSS)
- High degree of proficiency with the Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects)
- Excellent use of Microsoft office applications
- HND/Degree in relevant subject with at least 2 years+ experience as an eLearning Developer
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking
- Ability to work without constant supervision
- Passionate about creating great interactive learning
- A keen interest in all learning technologies
- Good communication skills –written and verbal
- Good IT skills
- Fast Learner
