Key Responsibilities

• Define AI governance and animate the end customer community.
• Identify and promote new AI‑empowered concepts, solutions, and offerings (including Generative AI) across the end customer.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, software engineers, data scientists, designers, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and seamless integration of AI‑based digital products into operational processes and the digital portfolio.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements to ensure adoption of the latest AI and GenAI developments, including end customer frameworks, rules, and guidelines.
• Contribute to technical documentation and end‑user training.
• Develop a change‑management strategy and roadmap to accelerate AI/GenAI adoption.

Experience/Qualifications

• Experience 5 to 10 years
• English and French B2-C1

Hard Skills

• Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, or Computer Science; an advanced degree is a plus.
• 5–10 years of experience in Digital & AI.
• Past experience as an AI Product Manager is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience in developing and implementing data‑driven or AI solutions for business applications.
• Understanding of Data and AI concepts.
• Optional programming skills (Python, R, or equivalent).
• Understanding of technical components (Cloud Services, AI frameworks, and tooling).
• Knowledge of agile development methodology.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
