**Responsibilities

**

• **Lead the design, development, and deployment** of enterprise **AI/ML solutions**.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to define and prioritize AI projects.
• Drive rapid **proof-of-concept development** for AI initiatives.

• Take **ownership of ML projects** with state-of-the-art solutions.
• Research and design new solutions and complex architectures.

**If You Have

**

• **Proven experience in technical leadership roles.**
• Strong **Python proficiency.**
• Hands-on experience in **applied ML, AI, and GenAI projects.**
• Experience with **LLMs.**
• Practical knowledge of **microservices.**
• Experience with **monitoring applications in production** and **code versioning (Git).**
• Advanced English.
• Excellent communication, proactivity, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with **Scrum or Agile.**

**Required tools

** **Python, Docker, SQL, Git, Cloud (AWS, OCI, Azure, or GCP).**

**It's a Plus If You Have

• Experience with **traditional software development or MLOps.**
• Familiarity with **AI frameworks** (e.g., LangChain, Diffusers) or **AI Agents.**
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
