**Mission

**

As a **Platform Engineer** , your mission will be to **build and evolve the infrastructure, tooling, and operational foundations** that enable engineering teams to deliver faster, safer, and more reliably.

You will play a key role in creating a **scalable platform** that empowers developers, supports business growth, and establishes engineering best practices across the organization.

This is a **high-impact role** with significant ownership and visibility across the company.

**The Role

**

You will be part of a **cross-functional Platform Team** responsible for the shared services used across the entire engineering organization.

Your responsibilities will include

• **Designing and improving CI/CD pipelines** and deployment processes.
• **Building and maintaining cloud infrastructure** within AWS environments.
• Driving **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** initiatives.
• Enhancing **observability, monitoring, logging, and reliability practices**.
• Supporting the evolution of an **Internal Developer Platform (IDP)**.
• Collaborating with **Data and AI teams** on DataOps and MLOps initiatives.
• Improving **security, compliance, and operational resilience** across systems.
• Developing **shared platform services and internal tooling** used by multiple teams.
• Acting as a **technical partner** for Product, Engineering, and Data stakeholders.
• Promoting **DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering best practices** across the organization.

**What we need

**

• **5+ years of experience** in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, or related roles.
• Strong experience working with **AWS and cloud-native environments**.
• Solid understanding of **infrastructure, networking, security, and distributed systems**.
• Experience designing and maintaining **CI/CD pipelines**.
• Hands-on experience with **Terraform, CDK, or similar Infrastructure as Code tools**.
• Experience with **monitoring, observability, and reliability engineering**.
• Strong scripting or programming skills using **Python, Bash, or similar languages**.
• Experience working with **APIs and microservices architectures**.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A mindset focused on **automation, scalability, and continuous improvement**.

**Nice to Have**

• Experience in **fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth technology environments**.
• Exposure to **DataOps, MLOps, AI infrastructure, or Machine Learning platforms**.
• Experience with **Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies**.
• AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications.
• Experience building **Internal Developer Platforms** or developer productivity tooling.
• Experience leading **cross-functional technical initiatives**.
