Key Responsibilities

  • 15–18+ years in enterprise IT delivery, including 8–10+ years in Salesforce programs.
  • Multiple global implementations; Salesforce platform, Field Service, Sales/Service Cloud, MuleSoft, Agile, DevOps, and integration expertise.
  • Salesforce certifications and industrial-sector experience preferred.
  • Lead enterprise Salesforce implementation, modernization, and managed services programs.
  • Own delivery governance, solution quality, financials, resourcing, and customer outcomes.
  • Oversee Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, and integrations with SAP, Oracle, MuleSoft, and other systems.
  • Lead global architecture, development, testing, and operations teams.
