Agile Coach

Agile Coach - Jersey City, NJ - Contract - $98-103 Per HR

This is a contract position for an Agile Coach located in a hybrid setting within a regional description. The role involves leading agile practices and coordination across multiple stakeholders. Candidates should have strong experience in agile methodologies and be familiar with generic technology platforms.

Description

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile practices.
• Coordinate planning and execution of large-scale initiatives.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze and document business and technology requirements.
• Lead delivery execution across the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with change management and governance frameworks.
• Track and report delivery health and metrics to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of platform capabilities.
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams for alignment.
• Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
• Manage work intake, prioritization, and execution using standard workflows.
• Partner with risk and control teams to manage and remediate findings.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Release Train Engineer or similar role in a large-scale agile environment.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and drive improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with agile management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
