This role involves leading complex engineering projects to achieve significant business outcomes. The position is based in a hybrid work setting and is a contract employment opportunity. Key responsibilities include delivering complex technology solutions, enhancing development efficiencies, and providing technical leadership in various software implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering approach for complex features and business outcomes.
• Deliver end-to-end solution design and technology delivery.
• Provide technical thought leadership and improve development efficiencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering and solution design.
• Supervise and mentor engineering talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in building eTrading solutions and market connectivity software.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring with experience in developing trading solutions.
• Experience in supporting production trading systems and designing new builds.
• In-depth knowledge of trading workflows and market structures.
• Proficiency in debugging and profiling JDK-based languages.
