Graduate Automotive Technical Support Engineer I Dutch speaking

As an Automotive Technical Support Engineer, you will support dealership technicians across the German-speaking network and develop expertise in vehicle diagnostics, repair processes, and emerging technologies.

Your responsibilities will include

• Analysing vehicle faults, diagnostic data, error codes, and repair information.
• Supporting German-speaking dealership technicians through our professional ticketing platform.
• Investigating technical concerns and identifying root causes.
• Learning how technical support and warranty operations work within a global automotive manufacturer.
• Recommending effective repair solutions with guidance from senior technical specialists.
• Collaborating with highly experienced engineers and automotive experts across Europe.
• Documenting technical cases accurately and professionally.
• Building expertise in electric vehicle (EV), connected vehicle, and high-voltage technologies.
• Developing the skills required to progress into Warranty and Level 2 Technical Support roles.

• Educational background in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Passion for automotive technology and problem-solving.
• German language skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
• Interest in developing a long-term automotive technical career.
• EU citizenship or existing right to work within the European Union.
• Willingness to relocate to Budapest or already based in Hungary.
