Senior Product Engineer

$190,000–$270,000 + equity

A late-stage, venture-backed enterprise AI company is building a small, high-ownership team to ship new AI products from zero to one. Bay Area and New York are preferred; from elsewhere, expect occasional travel. The role mixes software engineering, applied ML and customer work, with real product judgment expected.

What you'll do

• Take new AI products from idea to production
• Talk to users and turn vague needs into clear workflows and designs
• Build the tools used to test, evaluate and monitor agents
• Use data and evals to decide what to build next
• Write the demos and docs that get the product adopted

What you bring

• 5+ years building user-facing software, with end-to-end ownership
• Hands-on work with LLMs or agents
• Strong full-stack skills
• Product sense and clear communication

Nice to have

designed evaluation frameworks; startup or founding-engineer background
