We are looking for a native Japanese professional to serve as a strategic bridge between Japanese clients and offshore delivery teams in India.

This client-facing role combines Business Analysis, Program Management, and Business Development responsibilities.

本ポジションは、**Business Analysis（業務分析）、Program Management（プログラム管理）、Business Development（事業開発）**の役割を兼ね備えたクライアント向けポジションです。

The ideal candidate will work closely with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, manage project execution, identify growth opportunities, and ensure seamless communication between Japan and India.

Client Relationship & Business Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese clients and key stakeholders.

• Identify new business opportunities, account expansion initiatives, and potential engagements.

• Support proposals, solution discussions, contract negotiations, and client presentations.

Business Analysis

• Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with client stakeholders.

Program Management

• Coordinate activities between client teams in Japan and delivery teams in India.

• Serve as the primary communication channel between Japanese clients and Indian teams.

• Facilitate bilingual communication and manage cultural and business alignment.
