Assistant Manager/Senior Executive – Product Operations

We are looking for a proactive and organized professional to manage the day-to-day operations of multiple digital products across local MFS providers, telecom operators, and international partners. The role will focus on operational execution, cross-functional coordination, product content and asset management, and ensuring smooth product operations across different markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Operations & Monitoring

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple digital products and platforms.
• Maintain accurate product information, subscription plans, pricing, features, and service details.
• Monitor product status, track operational issues, and coordinate timely resolution.
• Maintain product trackers, documentation, implementation schedules, and issue logs.

2. Cross-Functional & Partner Coordination

• Coordinate with product, development, QA, design, marketing, customer support, and finance teams to execute product requirements.
• Manage operational communication with local MFS providers, telecom operators, and international partners.
• Track partner requests, approvals, deliverables, and implementation timelines.
• Coordinate product launches, updates, testing, and releases.

3. Product Content & Asset Management

• Manage product content and in-product assets across apps, websites, landing pages, and partner platforms.
• Coordinate updates to banners, icons, thumbnails, interface content, and other digital assets.
• Maintain an organized repository of approved assets and ensure product information remains accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate marketing content and promotional assets when required.

4. Reporting & Process Improvement

• Prepare regular operational updates covering product status, issues, and blockers.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to workflows and processes.
• Maintain standardized operational checklists and reporting trackers to improve efficiency and accountability.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in product operations, product management, or digital project coordination.
• Understanding of digital products, mobile applications, websites, and subscription-based services.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with MFS, telecom operators, VAS products, or international digital services will be an advantage.
