Senior Consultant

Technical Expertise

• Provide subject matter expertise on Alcatel and HPE Aruba, Huawei networking solutions
• Stay current with product roadmaps, features, and capabilities based on market and OneCare business demands.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate solutions based on client requirements
• Advice on migration paths and replacement strategies
• Ability to understand design network architectures using Alcatel and HPE Aruba and Huawei technologies
• Ensure solutions align with client business and technical requirements
• Provide technical input for proposals and tenders
• Maintain existing certifications and achieve new certifications per business requirements

Cost Optimization

• Assist Costing team in formulating optimized cost proposals for clients
• Provide accurate part numbers and pricing information from official OEM sources
• Identify cost-effective alternatives and bundle opportunities
• Validate Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy

Vendor Management

• Maintain relationships with Alcatel, HPE Aruba and Huawei partners and representatives
• Coordinate with OEMs for technical clarifications and support
• Leverage vendor programs and promotions for client benefit

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records of product specifications and configurations
• Ensure all recommendations are based on verified, official OEM publications
• Support compliance with vendor certification and partnership requirements

Knowledge Sharing

• Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams
• Share updates on product changes and industry trends
• Contribute to knowledge base and best practices documentation
• At least 8 years of experience in networking
• SME for Alcatel, HPE Aruba and Huawei networking solutions
• Able to follow technical instructions, maintenance checklists, and operational procedures
• Team player with a Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
• Service-oriented and able to work professionally with users, clients, Partners, and internal teams
• Analytical and embody high standard to individual work
• Independent, adaptable to change, responsible, responsive, and proactive in following up on assigned tasks
