Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Signals Analytic Technique Developer to support a new mission contributing to the modernization of technical signals intelligence (TechSIGINT) capabilities. In this role, you will work alongside analysts, developers, and mission stakeholders to build software that automates analytical tradecraft, improves existing workflows, and enables new approaches to how information is collected and analyzed. The ideal candidate for this position will be a strong Python and C++ developer with a deep understanding of digital signal processing, signal analysis, communication systems, and application-layer technologies. Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
- A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science or a related field and eight (8) years of relevant experience is required. Also acceptable are a Doctoral degree (PH.D.) and four (4) years or a Master of Science (M.S.) degree and six (6) years of experience.
- Software development experience using C, C++, and Python.
- Experience with digital signal processing and signal analysis.
- Experience analyzing communication protocols and protocol structures.
- Strong understanding of communication systems and application-layer technologies.
- Ability to translate complex signals-analysis problems into software-based analytical solutions.
