Position Summary

The Data Analyst II / PEX Trainer supports cybersecurity posture evaluation and readiness training for the ECCOS program, combining data analysis/reporting skills with instructional design and delivery. This role produces the monthly Performance Excellence (PEX) Scorecard and builds training content tailored to audiences ranging from baseline cybersecurity awareness through technical deep-dives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver cybersecurity readiness training tailored to audience level, from baseline CSSP awareness through technical deep-dives for system administrators
  • Produce the monthly Performance Excellence (PEX) Scorecard for Government review
  • Support data analysis and visualization for enterprise cybersecurity posture reporting
  • Maintain training records, materials, and version control for readiness content
  • Coordinate with the CSSP team to identify emerging training needs based on posture trends
  • Support dashboard and report development to give leadership visibility into readiness metrics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (education, instructional design, data analysis, cybersecurity, or related)
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and/or instructional content development and delivery
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, or an active Secret clearance with a submitted SSBI/Tier 5 investigation and the ability to reach TS/SCI eligibility within approximately 90 days
  • U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience developing cybersecurity awareness or technical training curricula for a DoD or federal audience
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar)
  • Prior experience supporting U.S. Space Force or other DoD cybersecurity programs
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and audience-tailored instructional design

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong instructional design and presentation skills across varied technical audiences
  • Solid data analysis and reporting skills
  • Ability to translate cybersecurity posture data into clear, actionable training content
  • Strong organizational skills for training records and materials management

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • On-site position at a Government facility in the Colorado Springs, CO area (Schriever SFB / Peterson SFB)
  • Standard office environment; periodic training delivery sessions with varied audience sizes
  • Access to classified spaces and systems requiring adherence to all applicable security protocols
