Job Openings Network Engineer - Network Resource Management

Responsible for management optimization of network resource system for China Telecom Global, handling deployment of network resource, regularly review and summarize the analysis
Develop network resource optimization and early warning solutions, and coordinate with relevant departments for the discussion and implementation
Responsible for pre-sales technical support, assist in formulating technical solutions for major and complex projects according to their needs
Plan and design the overall structure of network resource management system, formulate and improve various processes and specifications related to resource management

Bachelor Degree or above, major in Computer Network, Communication, Electronic Information or related subjects, with Cloud Network or ICT work experience is preferred
At least 3 years of experience in IP network formulation and maintenance, with Cisco CCNP and above network certification will be an advantage
Solid knowledge and experience in MPLS VPN/BGP/ISIS/QOS technology, understand the structure of international carrier, and international networking rules such as peering/Transit/ENNI/L3NNI
Familiar with network products of Cisco and Huawei, or other the network configuration equipment
Good communication skills, organizational and project management skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
