  • Experience with AI-assisted development or testing workflows, or willingness to develop proficiency within the first 90 days.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with Software Engineers, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with RestAssured.NET or similar API test automation frameworks.

  • Integrate and maintain automated tests within CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and reliable software delivery.

  • Perform code reviews for automated tests developed by engineers and AI-assisted tools.
  • Monitor test pipeline health, investigate failures, and maintain automation stability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineering, Product, and QA teams to identify quality risks and improve testing effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve test coverage, automation frameworks, and overall quality engineering practices.
  • Contribute to cross-team discussions, sharing testing insights, best practices, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
