Job Duties

• Assist with program functions.
• Analyzing data and creating data dictionaries
• Running and maintaining data pipeline processes
• Mapping and performing routine maintenance on databases.
• Providing general computer support as needed
• Offering training and support to Department of Health staff, providers, and consumers
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment, adapting to shifting deadlines and priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of experience in an IT-based professional setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, Access)
• Ability to input and extract data from electronic databases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Office certification
• Experience in database creation, maintenance, and mapping.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or Tableau
