Senior React Developer

• Design and develop responsive web applications and reusable component libraries using React and TypeScript.
• Apply modern React development practices, including functional components, hooks, state management, and modular architecture.
• Design and maintain scalable front-end architectures and reusable development patterns.
• Integrate React applications with REST APIs and Microsoft cloud services using secure authentication and authorization practices.
• Implement automated unit, component, and end-to-end testing.
• Support and maintain quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize applications for accessibility, browser compatibility, performance, observability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Identify technical debt and contribute to sustainable remediation strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with UX, solution architects, backend engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Work within Git-based development workflows, including pull requests and peer reviews.
• Contribute to Azure DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Create concise technical documentation covering architecture, implementation, integrations, and operational considerations.
• Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to other developers.
• Communicate technical decisions, risks, dependencies, and blockers clearly and proactively.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with substantial recent hands-on experience in React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining production-grade React applications and scalable front-end architectures.
• Strong knowledge of modern React development, including functional components, hooks, state management, modular architecture, and asynchronous programming.
• Strong experience designing reusable components and UI libraries.
• Hands-on experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs and cloud-based services.
• Experience implementing secure authentication and authorization patterns.
• Hands-on experience with unit, component, and end-to-end testing and front-end build tooling.
• Strong experience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, web accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, web performance, observability, and secure web development.
• Experience identifying technical debt and implementing maintainable, scalable solutions.
• Experience collaborating with UX designers, architects, backend developers, and business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience creating technical documentation and conducting knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, API Management, or Microsoft Entra ID, is highly desirable.
• Experience integrating React with Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365, or Power Platform, including Power Platform Component Framework (PCF) controls, is highly desirable.
• Experience with design systems, reusable UI component libraries, application telemetry, and structured software testing is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach.
• Professional English communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical decisions and collaborate effectively with international teams.
