Desktop Support

Investment Bank in Downtown Chicago is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst.

Some of the responsibilities includes

providing level 1 & 2 support for 30 end users, consistent customer care, resolving technical assistance requests via telephone, emails, chat or desk side support and working with a support team for escalated issues.

• 3-5 years of application and desktop support experience in financial institutions;
• Effectively able to communicate with all levels of Management, IT teams and Bankers of all levels, also must have interpersonal skills

Active Directory - Password Resets;

• Ability to recognize and communicate risk with a strong track record for production risk mitigation is extremely important to the role;
• Ability to deliver quality products and processes to a production environment;
• MS Office Troubleshooting(Windows XP/7, Office 2003/2007/2010, Outlook);
• Maintain emotional control under stress.
• Maintain positive attitude when dealing with clients
• Some bending, stooping, climbing and walking.
• Occasional lifting and carrying of heavy objects
