Job Description

• 6 - 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking, financial services or regulated environments
• Proven production support and operations experience for critical, high-availability applications
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, major incident management, problem management and root-cause analysis
• Strong AWS Cloud, DevOps and CI/CD experience, including Infrastructure as Code
• Technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs and React
• Strong observability and monitoring experience using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Grafana or Prometheus
• Experience with AIOps, automation, event correlation and self-healing/remediation
• Strong understanding of resilience, disaster recovery, security, risk and operational controls
• Proven stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
