Summary

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills

Proficiency in Node.js.

• Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
• Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Node.js.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
