Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Pega Lead / Senior Pega Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale business process automation and case management solutions using the Pega Platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of hands-on development expertise, solution architecture capabilities, and technical leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Pega applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Pega solutions.
• Drive application architecture, design reviews, code reviews, and development best practices.
• Develop and configure workflows, case management, business rules, integrations, and user interfaces.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, coding standards, and platform best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to project teams.
• Support CI/CD implementation, release management, and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
• 5+ years of Strong expertise in Pega BPM, Case Management, Workflow Automation, and Business Process Transformation.
• 5+ years of Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity Platform and application development lifecycle.
• 5+ years of Proficiency in designing and implementing business rules, decision tables, flows, and integrations.
• 5+ years of Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and enterprise application integrations.
• Strong understanding of application performance tuning, security, and scalability.
• 5+ years of Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• 5+ years of Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification preferred.
• Additional Pega certifications such as CSSA or CSA are a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, source control tools, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Experience delivering solutions in Banking, Financial Services is a plus.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $65 to $75. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
