We are currently seeking a PowerBI Technical Lead to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

Job Description

The candidate should have strong hands-on Power BI expertise along with solid working knowledge of Snowflake, data modeling, and modern data-integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• 5+ years of Lead design and development of scalable Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reporting solutions.
• 5+ years of Drive performance optimization across reports, DAX calculations, data models, and refresh processes.
• 5+ years of Design efficient data models integrating Power BI with Snowflake and other enterprise data sources. Troubleshoot reporting, performance, refresh, and upstream data-quality issues.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, code/design reviews, and development standards for the Power BI team.
• Partner with Finance, data engineering, and platform teams to translate business requirements into robust reporting solutions.
• Support production releases, incident/root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement of the reporting platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, and performance tuning.
• 5+ years of Good knowledge of Snowflake, including SQL, data structures, views, and query/performance concepts.
• 5+ years of Strong SQL and dimensional/data-modeling skills.Experience with enterprise-scale BI solutions, data quality, reconciliation, and production support.
• 5+ years of Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and technical leadership capabilities.
• 5+ years of Experience in Finance or Financial Services reporting is highly desirable.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for Canada-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is ***-150,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all Canada locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered is temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
