Deep data/lakehouse domain expertise
Strong understanding of modern data lakehouse architectures
Proficiency with data technologies: Apache Spark, Apache Hudi, Apache Iceberg, Trino/Presto, Apache Flink, Apache Kafka
Experience deploying data solutions on cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake)
Coding fluency in Python, Java, Scala, or Go
Active public portfolio of written technical content
Experience speaking in public forums, conferences, or webinars

Active, highly engaged public following in data engineering or AI community
Familiarity with vector databases, RAG pipelines, or AI/ML data platforms
Existing professional relationships within Spark, Hudi, Iceberg, Trino, or Flink communities
Experience building developer-focused libraries, SDKs, or CLI tools
