Responsibilities

Drive architecture decisions across the stack
Lead complex product challenges end-to-end
Mentor other engineers
Translate clinical workflows into scalable solutions
Identify and drive improvements to technical debt, reliability, and developer experience
Champion AI tools in daily workflow

Requirements

8+ years of full-stack engineering experience
4+ years at the Senior level shipping complex features
Extensive experience with 0-1 builds
Proficient with AI coding tools
Experience at early-staged venture-backed startups
Strong communicator who can align stakeholders around technical decisions
Passion for improving mental healthcare

Preferred

HIPAA-regulated healthcare or fintech experience
AI/ML integration in production
Based in San Francisco and able to go into the office 2 days per week
