Min 10 years of Proven Experience in support or help desk roles, with exposure to Level 2 tasks. Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud computing platforms. Understanding of networking concepts, including VPN, DHCP, DNS, and firewalls.

Core responsibilities

Provide second-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and security-related issues. Diagnose and resolve complex system and application issues escalated from Level 1 support. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and hardware components. Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud-based IT services. Troubleshoot network connectivity problems, including VPN, firewalls, DNS, and TCP/IP configurations. Perform server administration tasks, such as user management, permissions, and security updates. Assist in IT security measures, including endpoint protection, system monitoring, and data encryption. Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations.
