Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Azure Engineer to design, implement, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure and services on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure, networking, security, automation, monitoring, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
• Manage Azure resources including Virtual Machines, VNets, NSGs, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Load Balancer, Application Gateway, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) .
• Implement Azure networking, including subnets, routing, VPN, ExpressRoute, DNS, and firewalls.
• Configure and manage Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID , RBAC, managed identities, and access policies.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep .
• Automate deployments and operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and scripting .
• Work with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions .
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance optimization using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights .
• Apply cloud security, governance, backup, disaster recovery, and cost-optimization best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development, security, networking, and operations teams.
• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure .
• Good knowledge of Azure compute, storage, networking, and databases.
• Experience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD .
• Experience with Terraform / Bicep / ARM .
• Strong understanding of Azure networking and security .
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration .
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python .
• Experience with Git and source-control practices.
• Understanding of containers and Docker/Kubernetes/AKS .
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure certifications such as:
• AZ-104 – Azure Administrator Associate
• AZ-305 – Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• AZ-400 – DevOps Engineer Expert
• Experience with enterprise-scale Azure environments.
• Knowledge of cloud governance, landing zones, and Azure Policy.
• Experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises-to-Azure migrations.
