Job Summary
As the Senior Manager of Product Management for AI-Powered Operations & Autonomous Reliability, you will help define how the next generation of AI security services are built, operated, and scaled. You’ll be part of Managed AIRS, our comprehensive cloud-native AI security platform. Because this is a mission-critical SaaS platform, reliability, availability, and security are foundational. Your mission is to transform operations from reactive, manual processes into an AI-native, intelligent, and increasingly autonomous system.
You’ll lead a team building AI-powered tools and agents that observe system health, detect anomalies, investigate incidents, identify root causes, recommend and execute remediation, and continuously learn—enabling services that can increasingly reason, act, and heal themselves. You’ll partner across Product, Engineering and DevOPs to deliver 99.99%+ availability and resilient services at global scale. If you’re excited about AI agents, autonomous systems, and reinventing how cloud software is operated, this is an opportunity to define the future of AI-native operations.
